I founded Phree Space Inc. because I know what it means to carry grief, navigate trauma, and still choose healing. As an ordained clergy since 2010, a Master Reiki practitioner, and a certified yoga teacher, I have served many souls seeking peace. But I also come to this work not just with training—but with lived experience.

I have walked through the heartbreak of losing my mother, my father, and my eldest child. I have stood in the shadows of sorrow and found light again through stillness, spirit, and breath. One of my children was later diagnosed with schizophrenia—a journey that began unfolding shortly after the passing of his older brother. I know what it feels like to cry out for answers the world can’t seem to give, and to carry hope like a flicker in the dark.

Phree Space was created as a sacred offering—because I saw how deeply our community needed a different kind of healing space. Within the Black community, stress, trauma, and anxiety are constant visitors—born from generations of oppression, spiritual suppression, and lack of culturally attuned care. Too often, traditional mental institutions or 12-step programs are built around rigid religious doctrine or Western models that do not reflect our truths, our ancestors, or our rhythm of spirit.

Phree Space offers another path.

Through Reiki, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, and holistic soul care, we create healing experiences that restore the union of body, mind, and spirit. This is not about religion. It’s about reconnection. It’s about remembering who you are beyond the pain. It’s about spiritual dignity, cultural reverence, and the power of being still enough to feel the divine within.

This space is for anyone who has ever felt unseen, unheard, or unhealed by traditional systems. This is for those who carry the weight but are ready to return to themselves. Healing is possible. Peace is possible. And you are never alone.
